There are nearly one hundred different styles of Miao silver earrings and silver jewels worn on the ear.

Miao women get their ears pierced at very early age, then they use round sticks to make the hole bigger and bigger. They are just one example of the Miao's unique silver jewels.

So when they grow up, they can wear the biggest and heaviest earrings, which is important in their culture.

Unlike the earrings the local Miao women wear, earrings we offer here are little, light, and more graceful. You will feel nothing on your ears with these silver jewels.

For your convenience, we have divided our silver earrings into three categories:

Lovely Birds

The Miao have a tradition of worshiping birds. It is said that birds that helped them find seeds of corn that helped them survive in the mountains of southwest China.

Flowers and Butterflies

A butterfly dances around a flower. This beautiful scene is a symbol of love between two lovers in China.

Chinese Dragons

In China, a dragon is an auspicious sign. It has a camel's head, a snake's neck, a deer's eyes, a tiger's paw, and scales of fish. It's presumed to have the super power to control all animals in the universe.
